Introduction to entrepreneurship courses
We offer introductory courses in entrepreneurship, covering a range of key areas. With our introduction to cooperation, exploration of the basics of social enterprise, and even an in-depth understanding of impact entrepreneurship, these topics will no longer hold any secrets for you. What’s more, we’ll guide you through the essential steps involved in starting a business, providing you with the practical knowledge you need to launch a successful venture.
Pre-incubation program
Our pre-incubation programs are a comprehensive training program lasting several weeks and covering various key aspects of entrepreneurship.
The program accompanies people from an interest in entrepreneurship to the identification of a marketable product or service. People explore their talents, discover opportunities, develop inspiration and adopt an entrepreneurial spirit. They learn to evaluate their ideas, understand different types of businesses and entrepreneurs, and acquire management, communication and networking skills.
Incubation program
Our incubation programs offer in-depth training covering various key aspects of business start-up.
The program accompanies people from the market or feasibility study stage right through to marketing their product or service and making their first sale. It is the logical continuation of a pre-incubation program.
Participants explore social and cooperative business models based on the 4 tangents model, an incubation path developed by Impact ON. They establish a solid foundation by defining their mission, vision and values, and choose the appropriate legal form. By learning how to structure their governance and secure their corporate name, the foundations of their business project are built, enabling them to launch with confidence.
Our training courses include crucial steps such as creating an implementation timetable, drawing up a business canvas and business plan. Participants are guided to better know themselves, protect their intellectual and legal assets, and understand their legal and tax obligations. The program also explores essential aspects such as leadership, operations management, project mapping, customer knowledge, developing value propositions, and creating a solid business strategy.
In addition, participants acquire skills in negotiation, using Excel in business, social impact assessment, and take part in design thinking workshops to stimulate innovation.
